It is the policy of this facility to admit or retain only those residents whose health care needs can be met through services of the facility staff in cooperation with the community resources and other providers under contract with the facility or can meet the outside medical requirements of the residents.

The admission date is the execution date of the lease agreement between the resident and the facility.

The Resident and the Administrator determines the move-in date (admission date) where all documentation is signed and details of the services that will be provided and/ or the additional services requested by the resident are reviewed and agreed upon.

The facility does not discriminate due to race, color, sex, national origin, age, religion, handicap, marital status and/ or source of payment in its admission policy.
